Construction of act, rules, regulations and orders

2A:35A-13. Construction of act, rules, regulations and orders This act and any rules, regulations and orders adopted hereunder shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purpose and intent thereof. L.1974, c. 169, s. 13, eff. Dec. 9, 1974.
