Act as additional remedy

2A:35A-12. Act as additional remedy This act shall be in addition to existing administrative and regulatory procedures provided by law. No existing civil or criminal remedy now or hereafter available to any person or governmental entity shall be superseded by this act. L.1974, c. 169, s. 12, eff. Dec. 9, 1974.
