2A:34-95 Notice of penalties for order violation. 43. Notice of Penalties for Order Violation. Every order of a court involving custody or visitation shall include a written notice, in both English and Spanish, advising the persons affected as to the penalties provided in N.J.S.2C:13-4 for violating that order.
