Evidence required for action, preponderance.

2A:32C-12 Evidence required for action, preponderance. 12. In any action brought under this act, the State or the person bringing the action shall be required to prove all essential elements of the cause of action, including damages, by a preponderance of the evidence. L.2007, c.265, s.12.
