Trial by court

2A:28-3. Trial by court Either party to the dispute shall be afforded, by the court, a specified period of time within which to apply to set aside the report and, if any party so applies, the court shall hear the matter in a summary manner with a jury, if a jury be demanded, or without a jury, if no jury be demanded, and the issue shall be tried and determined as in other cases of a civil nature at law, in said court.
