2A:24-1.1 Applicability of N.J.S.2A:24-1 through N.J.S.2A:24-11 to collective bargaining agreements. 34. N.J.S.2A:24-1 through N.J.S.2A:24-11 shall only apply to an arbitration or dispute arising from a collective bargaining agreement or a collectively negotiated agreement. L.2003,c.95,s.34.
