Jurisdiction.

2A:23B-26 Jurisdiction. 26. Jurisdiction. a. A court of this State having jurisdiction over the controversy and the parties may enforce an agreement to arbitrate. b. An agreement to arbitrate providing for arbitration in this State confers exclusive jurisdiction on the court to enter judgment on an award pursuant to this act. c. Wherever reference is made to any procedural matter stated in this act, the New Jersey Supreme Court rules governing summary actions, or such other rules as may be adopted by the Supreme Court of New Jersey shall apply.
