Continuing assignor's business

2A:19-16. Continuing assignor's business The court may, upon such notice to creditors as it may direct, authorize the assignee to continue for such a period and under such conditions as it may prescribe, any business of the assignor in which the assigned estate, or any part thereof, is invested.
