Revival of docketed judgment

2A:18-44. Revival of docketed judgment 2A:18-44. A judgment docketed as provided in this article may be revived by proceedings in the Superior Court in the same manner, in the like cases and with the like effect as if such judgment had been obtained in an action commenced in the Superior Court other than in the Special Civil Part. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.62.
