2A:18-43. New trial notwithstanding judgment docketed and execution issued 2A:18-43. If a judgment has been docketed and execution issued thereon before the grant of a new trial by the Special Civil Part, the Special Civil Part may nevertheless grant a new trial, and, if granted, no further proceedings shall be had on the execution pending the determination of the new trial.
