2A:18-33. Docketing of judgment pending determination of motion for new trial or appeal 2A:18-33. During the pendency of a motion for a new trial, or an appeal, a judgment of the Superior Court, Law Division, Special Civil Part may be docketed unless otherwise ordered by the trial or appellate court.
