Deed to purchaser of real estate; recital of execution

2A:17-40. Deed to purchaser of real estate; recital of execution A sheriff or other officer selling real estate by virtue of an execution to him directed, shall make to the purchaser thereof a deed of the real estate sold, which shall recite the execution by virtue of which the real estate therein described was sold.
