Disposal of property claimed according to judgment

2A:17-31. Disposal of property claimed according to judgment If the property to which claim has been made is found to belong to the claimant, the sheriff shall proceed no further with the execution as to that property; but if found to belong to the same defendant he shall make disposal thereof as directed by the execution.
