Inventory of personal property subject to levy

2A:17-20. Inventory of personal property subject to levy The sheriff or other officer having an execution or civil process against a defendant entitled to the exemption given by this article shall make a careful and particular inventory of the personal property of every kind and description of the defendant which shall be subject to levy.
