Inapplicability of act to law enforcement agencies

2A:168A-6. Inapplicability of act to law enforcement agencies This act shall not be applicable to any law enforcement agency; however, nothing herein shall preclude a law enforcement agency in its discretion from adopting the policies and procedures set forth herein.
