Regulated employment pursuant to approved program of vocational or educational rehabilitation

2A:168A-5. Regulated employment pursuant to approved program of vocational or educational rehabilitation Notwithstanding the contrary provisions of any law or rule or regulation issued pursuant to law, any licensing authority may permit any person subject to correctional supervision in this State to engage in regulated employment pursuant to an approved program of vocational or educational rehabilitation.
