Addiction to drugs or intoxicating liquors within four months of application

2A:168A-4. Addiction to drugs or intoxicating liquors within four months of application A licensing authority may disqualify or discriminate against an applicant for a license or certificate on the grounds that the applicant has within 4 months of the application for admission to a qualifying examination been addicted to the habitual use of drugs or intoxicating liquors.
