Expenses allowable

2A:166A-2. Expenses allowable The expenses for which a county shall be entitled to reimbursement shall be limited to fees allowed to counsel assigned by the trial court pursuant to section 2A:163-1 of the New Jersey Statutes, juror and expert witness fees, the costs of sequestering jurors and jury attendants, the cost of transcripts of court proceedings, and the costs of printing in connection with any appeal.
