Definitions

2A:163-4. Definitions As used in this act: a. "Child" means a person 13 years of age or younger at the time a crime was committed against the child. b. "Victim" means a child who suffers personal, physical, or psychological injury as a result of a crime committed against that child. L. 1987, c. 148, s. 1.
