Revival of judgment on forfeited recognizances; limitation

2A:162-6. Revival of judgment on forfeited recognizances; limitation Judgments in any court of record, entered upon forfeited recognizances in criminal cases, may be revived by scire facias, or a civil action may be brought thereon within 6 years next after the date of such judgment and not after.
