Requisites of assignment to entitle it to record

2A:16-41. Requisites of assignment to entitle it to record An assignment of a judgment, to be entitled to record, shall be in writing, and acknowledged or proved as conveyances of real estate are required to be acknowledged or proved for the purposes of recording. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
