Effective from time of entry

2A:16-1. Effective from time of entry 2A:16-1. No judgment of the Superior Court shall affect or bind any real estate, but from the time of the actual entry of such judgment on the minutes or records of the court. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1981,c.388,s.1.
