Power of prosecutor to incur expenses

2A:157-19. Power of prosecutor to incur expenses Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the power of any prosecutor, duly conferred upon him by law, to incur expenses in the detection, arrest, indictment and conviction of offenders against the criminal laws of this state.
