Information not to lie

2A:152-3. Information not to lie No information for a matter merely criminal for which an indictment will lie, and in which no civil right is involved, or forfeiture or penalty given by law to any private person or common informer is prosecuted for, shall be exhibited or sustained in any court of this state.
