Challenges; triors; determination

2A:15-50. Challenges; triors; determination Challenges to a judge for any of the causes mentioned in section 2A:15-49 of this title shall be made before the trial or argument. The court may, in its discretion, try the challenges or appoint 3 disinterested persons as triors thereof. The finding of a majority of the triors shall be their determination.
