2A:14-15. Actions by public officers or employees whose compensation was reduced to be brought prior to November 18, 1938 L.1938, c. 200, p. 477 (R.S. 2:24-25) entitled "An act concerning the limitation of civil actions, and supplementing chapter 24 of Title 2 of the Revised Statutes" , approved May 18, 1938, saved from repeal. [This act provides that persons holding offices or employment under the government of this state or any county, municipality or school district thereof, whose compensation was reduced must bring his action for the recovery of such moneys alleged to be due by reason of the reduction prior to November 18, 1938.] L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
