Enforcement of mortgage judgment or lien

2A:14-13. Enforcement of mortgage judgment or lien Section 2A:14-12 of this title shall not be construed to preclude the holder of a mortgage judgment or lien upon and enforceable against the vacated lands from enforcing such mortgage judgment or lien. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
