Filing of rules and regulations; amendment and revision

2A:123-8. Filing of rules and regulations; amendment and revision Such rules and regulations promulgated by the commissioner pursuant to this act shall be filed in the offices of the Secretary of State and of the department before becoming effective and may from time to time be amended and revised.
