Articles deemed highly flammable

2A:123-6. Articles deemed highly flammable Any article of wearing apparel or fabric shall be deemed so highly flammable, as to be dangerous when worn by individuals, within the meaning of this act, if any uncovered or exposed part of such article of wearing apparel or fabric exhibits rapid and intense combustion or burning when tested under the conditions and in the manner prescribed by rules and regulations adopted by the commissioner pursuant to section five of this act.
