2A:123-18. Standards and regulations The director is authorized, empowered and directed, within 6 months of the effective date of this act, to establish and to promulgate pursuant to law, such standards and regulations necessary to implement and enforce this act; provided, however, that all such standards and regulations, including standards and facilities for testing material for its compliance with this act, shall be acceptable and safe standards for flame resistance.
