Rates for accommodations; posting

29:4-6. Rates for accommodations; posting No person engaged in the business of furnishing public lodging accommodations in a hotel shall post or maintain posted on any advertising sign or cause to be placed before the public in any advertising matter or information pertaining to such establishment, any rates for accommodations in any such establishment unless there are available in any such establishment, when vacant, accommodations for immediate occupancy to meet the posted rate of such advertising signs.
