Certificate of registration from secretary of state; effect

29:3-7. Certificate of registration from secretary of state; effect Upon compliance with the provisions of this chapter and on proof of the publication of the petition as required by section 29:3-6 of this title, the secretary of state shall deliver to the person named in the petition a certificate of the record of the filing of such petition. Such certificate shall be prima facie evidence of the right of the person therein named to the exclusive use of the name or designation therein stated in this state for hotel purposes.
