Petition for registration; filing with secretary of state

29:3-4. Petition for registration; filing with secretary of state A person desiring to register the name or designation of an hotel shall file in the office of the secretary of state a verified petition, containing the facsimile of such name, specifically describing the location of the hotel so named and stating the name and address of the person owning or operating the hotel, with such other recitals as the secretary of state may require.
