Definitions

29:3-1. Definitions As used in this chapter "person" includes partnership and corporation; "owner" means any person as herein defined owning, conducting or operating an hotel; "register" or "registration" means the performance of the acts herein required, whereby a person becomes the owner of an hotel name.
