County bonds for highway improvements; law applicable

27:9-8. County bonds for highway improvements; law applicable A county may borrow money and issue bonds for the improvement, betterment, reconstruction or resurfacing of portions of the state highway system located in the county. The bonds shall be issued in the manner and subject to the limitations prescribed by article 1 of chapter 1 of the title Municipalities and Counties (s. 40:1-1 et seq.).
