Acquisition of right of access

27:7-98. Acquisition of right of access In addition to any powers granted to him under this amendatory and supplementary act or any other provision of law, the commissioner may acquire, by purchase or condemnation, any right of access to any highway upon a determination that the public health, safety and welfare require it.
