Use of highway funds for roads on state property

27:7-57. Use of highway funds for roads on state property Any moneys appropriated to the state highway department for construction and maintenance of roads may be expended by it for roads on grounds under the control of the department of institutions and agencies or of the state board of education or for state parkways, or roads in state reservations, or at the state camp at Sea Girt.
