27:7-53. Roads and parking areas; supervision by commissioner All roads, parking areas and driveways on land owned by the State shall be constructed under the supervision of the commissioner, and all improvements to roads, parking areas and driveways already constructed on land owned by the State shall be made under the supervision of the commissioner, who shall prepare all necessary plans and specifications and advertise for bids for the work. Amended by L.1968, c. 438, s. 1, eff. Feb. 19, 1969.
