Construction; law applicable

27:7-51. Construction; law applicable The erection and construction of the piers, wharves, or docks, as situate within the territorial jurisdiction of New Jersey, shall be subject to the laws of New Jersey, as such laws apply to the construction of public highways in this state, when state money is used in the construction of the whole or a part of such highway.
