Acquisition of property and rights

27:7-49. Acquisition of property and rights The department may acquire for the state, by gift, devise, grant, purchase or condemnation for public use, land and water rights in any county of the sixth class, and place thereon structures and buildings and erect or purchase piers, wharves or docks for the landing of boats for the carrying and transportation of freights, vehicles and passengers.
