Highway projects; classification of prospective bidders

27:7-35.2. Highway projects; classification of prospective bidders Officials shall require that all persons proposing to submit bids on highway work shall first be classified by the department as to the character and amount of work on which they shall be qualified to submit bids. Bids shall be accepted only from persons qualified in accordance with such classification. L.1966, c. 185, s. 2.
