Liability of commissioner and state officials

27:7-35.12. Liability of commissioner and state officials No action for damages out of any court of competent jurisdiction shall lie against the commissioner or any State official because of any action taken by virtue of the provisions of this act. L.1966, c. 185, s. 12.
