27:7-22.3. Acquisition of right of access to traffic circles, grade separations and channelized intersections, and ramp devices The State Highway Commissioner is hereby authorized to acquire by gift, purchase, or condemnation the right of access to traffic circles, grade separations and channelized intersections, and to ramp devices to facilitate connections thereto, existing or to be constructed within the State highway system.
