27:7-22.2. Fee simple, acquisition of In addition to the powers now vested in the State Highway Commissioner for the acquisition of lands by virtue of any statute, he shall have power to take or otherwise acquire a fee simple absolute therein. L.1951, c. 112, p. 520, s. 1.
