Prior tort, contractual liability

27:5G-18. Prior tort, contractual liability The issuance by the commissioner of a written order assigning jurisdiction over a railroad overhead bridge under the provisions of this act shall not relieve any party of any tort or contractual liability existing prior to the issuance of that order.
