Portion to political subdivisions

27:5F-25. Portion to political subdivisions At least 40% of the federal funds so received, or such lesser amount as may be authorized pursuant to federal law, shall be expended by or for the benefit of political subdivisions. L. 1987, c. 284, s. 8.
