Severability

27:5E-11. Severability If any section, subsection or other provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this act and the application of such section, or other provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. L.1970, c. 152, s. 11, eff. July 24, 1970.
