27:5-10. Signs prohibited in right-of-way of Interstate and Primary Systems 6. No sign shall be erected or maintained within the right-of-way of any portion of the Interstate and Primary Systems within this State, except that this prohibition shall not apply to signs, public notices, or markers, erected or maintained by the department or with the approval of the department.
