Conflicts of interest, penalty

27:25A-37. Conflicts of interest, penalty 37. Any member, agent or employee of the authority who is interested, either directly or indirectly, in any contract of another with the authority or the sale of any property, either real or personal, to the authority, shall be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
