27:25-5.13 Immunity of fare enforcement officers. 8. An authorized employee or fare enforcement officer carrying out his duties pursuant to this act shall not be criminally or civilly liable for false arrest, false imprisonment, slander or unlawful detention unless such action is unreasonable under all of the circumstances.
